FSCA is a private, co-educational Christian school, serving students PK4 through 12th grade.
FSCA is located 10 miles from Ft. Bragg, in downtown Fayetteville, in a historic three-story
building.
FSCA is designed to unlock your child's full potential .by serving students who want a low teacher-
student ratio (1:10), direct and explicit instruction, multisensory learning experiences, assistance
with organization, and a higher rate of individualized attention than is typically offered in public or
larger private schools. FSCA accommodates existing IEPs for students, or will develop an IEP if
needed.
FSCA has the recognition of being Cumberland County's first and only school that is dedicated for
students with mild to moderate learning differences! This program is not a watered down version
of traditional schooling. There are no reduced expectations, but the program emphasizes
individualized instruction. Supplemental material and unique scheduling arrangements have been
carefully researched to match a wide variety of learning styles. The materials are presented in
ways which really hit home with students who have mild to moderate learning differences,
allowing them to grasp concepts and increase their knowledge. We offer instruction for students
who have been diagnosed with mild to moderate learning differences such as:
- Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD or ADHD)
- Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia
- Processing Disorders (CAPD)
- Short and Long Term Memory Retrieval Issues
- High Functioning Autism
- Aspergers Syndrome Disorder (ASD)
- Pervasive Development Disorder (PDD)
- Other mild-moderate learning differences
